Shipping policy

Delivery times will be dependent on the location. Please bear with us and thank you for your support.

If you have already placed an order, please use the tracking number in your email to track your order to see the status.

We have warehouses in the US.

Depending on stock, orders may be shipped from our warehouse in China.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing period. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1–7 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take approximately 1–3 weeks depending on your location.
